- Description: An audit of remote viewing sessions recorded in late January and early February 2020, documenting mutation, quarantine, a quarantined ship, vaccine shortages, and supply failures weeks before the WHO declared COVID-19 a global pandemic on March 11, 2020.

On February 13, 2020, weeks before the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, Future Forecasting Group published its World Events debrief, based on remote viewing sessions conducted on January 29, 2020\. The transcripts read like a summary of the year that followed.

Daz Smith, viewing from the UK, wrote: "It's going to expand and there's going to be a mutation which travels and there's going to be a feeling of a mistake that causes some unexpected exposure."

He described mass quarantine: "A group of very unhappy people, and they're confined and they want to leave... They're protected by armed guards, and they're held captive." Then one detail almost in passing: "There's also a boat."

Days later, the Diamond Princess cruise ship was quarantined off Yokohama, Japan, with roughly 3,700 passengers and crew confined aboard under government authority.

Dick Allgire, viewing from Hawaii, filed the five phrases that came to define 2020: "Vaccine, Vaccine, Vaccine. Testing, testing. Short supply." He also warned of cremation infrastructure pushed past its limits: "They're piling bodies up not in a crematorium... they're going to be burning people like in fields."

Twenty-seven days after the debrief was recorded, on March 11, 2020, the WHO declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. This article audits the full record: verbatim transcripts, timestamps, what mapped to events, and what requires honest framing.

This session was recorded on February 13, 2020.

## Verification Notes

#### The Three-Tier Record

This record draws on three separate sessions spanning 2017 to early 2020:

1. **Tier one (2017, public):** Edward Riordan conducted a public session targeting an unknown future health threat, describing an ominous, large-scale health emergency with an unknown-origin character, roughly two years before the first known COVID-19 cases. The session is viewable on [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E930RNiCUOM&ref=ffgrv.com).
2. **Tier two (February 2020, internal):** A [double-blind internal session](https://www.ffgrv.com/remote-viewing-the-coronavirus-origins-game-of-function/) by Edward Riordan produced lab-adjacent language in the session notes, including the phrases "bio-locator" and "game of function," roughly fifteen months before the gain-of-function debate entered mainstream public discourse. Session notes and a screenshot are on file. No public link is available, and the language is notable as early signal rather than origin evidence.
3. **Tier three (February 2020, World Events debrief, shown above):** Blind sessions conducted January 29, 2020, debrief published February 13, 2020\. Viewers: Daz Smith, Edward Riordan, and Dick Allgire. This article's primary source is the verbatim debrief transcript.

## **Full Verbatim Session Data**

### **Daz Smith, on the virus itself:**

- "I looked at the coronavirus in February and I felt that I had data that says it's going to expand and there's going to be a mutation which travels and there's going to be a feeling of a mistake that causes some unexpected exposure."
- "This is going to be an event that causes concern. It's going to be a bit more like a controlled spread of disease."
- "There's going to be more deaths in February from it... a big city outbreak. A major city. It's very modern, very urban."
- "Something to do with the brain, something to do with the central nervous system."

### **Daz Smith, on quarantine:**

- "Lots of anger, frustration, and emotion. Feels like a volatile situation here. A group of very unhappy people, and they're confined and they want to leave."
- "They feel forcibly held captive in a cold location. They're both male and female and their families there, and they're crying. They're protected by armed guards, and they're held captive. That's the quarantine."
- "There's also a boat."

### **Dick Allgire, on the response:**

- "Vaccine, Vaccine, Vaccine. Testing, testing. Short supply."
- "New scanners, monitors detect flu carriers," matched during the debrief to digital thermometer screening then appearing at airports and transit points.

### **Dick Allgire, on mortality infrastructure:**

- "Funeral pyres... Watch for it getting so bad that they're doing it in the open. They're piling bodies up not in a crematorium, but in some countries they're going to be burning people like in fields."

## Verification Timeline

1. **January 29, 2020:** All tier-three sessions completed blind, 42 days before the WHO pandemic declaration.
2. **Early February 2020:** The Diamond Princess was placed under quarantine off Yokohama, Japan, with roughly 3,700 people confined aboard under government authority. The sessions predated this event; the debrief acknowledged the match in real time.
3. **February 13, 2020:** Debrief recorded and published, 27 days before the WHO declaration.
4. **March 11, 2020:** The World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic.
5. **2020 through 2021:** Vaccine development and distribution were defined by scarcity and allocation limits; testing shortages persisted through the first waves; thermal screening became standard at borders and facilities; multiple countries reported crematoriums overwhelmed during peak mortality periods.

### What Maps

- **Mutation and travel-driven spread (Daz):** Direct match to COVID-19's progression, including successive variants moving along travel routes.
- **"A mistake that causes some unexpected exposure" and "controlled spread" (Daz):** Consistent with early narratives on both sides of the origin debate, without resolving either.
- **Quarantine with armed guards, confined families, "there's also a boat" (Daz):** Maps to the Diamond Princess quarantine, the first mass containment event of the pandemic era, entered in session before the ship's quarantine began.
- **"Vaccine, Vaccine, Vaccine. Testing, testing. Short supply" (Dick):** Accurate description of the defining supply constraints of 2020 and 2021, filed before either vaccines or mass testing existed as public policy topics.
- **Flu-carrier detection scanners (Dick):** Matches the rapid deployment of temperature and symptom screening at airports and public venues.
- **Open-air cremation warning (Dick):** Corroborated by reporting on overwhelmed cremation capacity during peak mortality surges in multiple countries.

#### What Requires Honest Framing

- The tier-two "game of function" language predated public discourse but does not establish where COVID-19 originated. The zoonotic versus lab-associated question remains unresolved across scientific and intelligence assessments, and viewing data is not a verdict.
- Daz's quarantine data was generated blind, but his labeling of it as coronavirus-related happened during the debrief after early news had emerged. The raw impressions are the record; the interpretation is documented as such.
- The tier-three sessions were a broad monthly World Events sweep, not a single blind target tasked on a virus. The coronavirus material emerged inside a wider scan.
- The "central nervous system" detail correlates with later-documented neurological effects of COVID-19, but it was one data point among many and should be weighted accordingly.

#### Scoring Posture

Three-tier convergence across 2017 to early 2020 stands as one of the strongest health-event records in the archive. The single most precise element is Daz's quarantine impression with the boat, filed before the Diamond Princess entered containment. Dick's "vaccine, testing, short supply" sequence is among the most exactly worded supply-chain calls on record. Edward surfaced "Game of Function," which is very close to "Gain of Function," months before it became common language in public discourse.
