- Description: In April 2021, our remote viewing team worked HEX blind and voted unanimously against it. Five years later, founder Richard Heart was detained in Istanbul under an Interpol Red Notice. The session data mapped the outcome before it existed.

In April 2021, four remote viewers at the Future Forecasting Group conducted blind sessions on HEX, the cryptocurrency marketed as the first blockchain certificate of deposit. None of them knew the target going in. All four voted thumbs down when the session closed.

Daz Smith described "a missed opportunity or mistake with real negative impact" and sketched a bank with all the money flowing out into one place. Nyiam Vendryes drew the strangest ideogram he had produced on any crypto target — something he called Blair Witch territory — and called for regulatory action, illegal activity, and something confiscated or taken within the year. Edward Riordan flagged legal exposure for the people at the top and perceived fake or multiple identities around the principal figure. Dick Allgire called it a shell game and said he could not locate a viable cryptocurrency inside the target.

On October 14, 2026, Turkish intelligence and police detained HEX founder Richard Heart — legal name Richard James Schueler — at a residence in Istanbul's Beşiktaş district. The operation was triggered by an Interpol Red Notice issued at Finland's request in 2024\. Finnish authorities allege aggravated tax fraud spanning 2020 to 2024, along with a 2021 assault charge. Authorities seized 64 luxury watches, cash in multiple currencies, rifles, pistols, and drones. The HEX token fell approximately 45% on the news.

The session was recorded on April 27, 2021.

## Verification Notes

### What This Package Is

This is a five-year verification of the April 27, 2021 HEX debrief. Four viewers — Daz Smith, Edward Riordan, Dick Allgire, and Nyiam Vendryes — worked HEX blind and produced session data now checkable against a public record.

## What Each Viewer Called — and What Landed

### **Daz Smith**

- Session call: "Busy and afraid." Principal figure as entrepreneurial, young, naive, a missed opportunity or mistake looming with real negative impact. "Life in a dark situation that takes time to deal with."
- Session call: Sketched a bank with all the money flowing out of it into one place.
- Session call: Price — many downs and one significant dip within six to seven months. Long-term messy. Closed with a sad face.
- What landed: Heart was living under surveillance in Istanbul when detained. The "busy and afraid" gestalt now reads against a man actively evading multiple jurisdictions. The bank-outflow sketch maps to the staking mechanic where users send ETH in and cannot easily access funds until lockup ends. The large dip arrived; so did the long-term mess.

### **Edward Riordan**

- Session call: "Possible legal issues with the top people involved." Foundation feels unsecure; project does not feel long-term.
- Session call: Perceived fake or multiple IDs online around the principal figure. A passport concept for moving between corporations under international law.
- Session call: Custody question — do you actually own anything? Who holds the private keys? Characterized the arrangement as "kind of Poncian."
- What landed: Finnish authorities allege hundreds of millions of euros in unpaid taxes across 2020–2024\. The SEC in 2023 alleged $1 billion in unregistered securities and $12 million misappropriated. That case was dismissed in 2025 on jurisdiction grounds — not on the merits. The alias history Edward perceived was documented in public records: James Hart, J. Richard, Richard Schuller. Heart spent years living internationally, specifically to avoid jurisdictions pursuing him.

### **Dick Allgire**

- Session call: "A shell game." Could not locate a viable long-term cryptocurrency in the target. Principal figure not primarily motivated by crypto itself — a collector mentality, Legos, sneakers, bikes.
- What landed: The SEC's complaint used nearly identical framing — unregistered securities, investor funds misappropriated for luxury purchases. Authorities seized 64 luxury watches at Heart's Istanbul residence: 53 Rolexes, 11 Patek Philippes. A collector. Dick could not get a read on a viable crypto — HEX is down roughly 99% from its all-time high and -45% in a single news cycle on Heart's arrest.

### **Nyiam Vendryes**

This is the most specific session for verification purposes.

- Session call: Six months out — hurt and upset; something confiscated, taken, hidden, or stolen.
- Session call: Twelve months out — goes dark, no longer publicly available; blocked or taken off the market.
- Session call: Twelve-month ideogram — the strangest he had drawn on any crypto target. "Something out of the Blair Witch." Goes dark.
- Session call: Three years out — downtrending ideogram. Illegal activity and regulations in play.
- Session call: A coded time lock. Routing or blocking once money goes in. Shielded, obfuscated movement.
- Session call: "This one's different. You probably want to stay away from this one."
- What landed: Interpol Red Notice issued 2024 — that is the three-year window from April 2021\. Finnish charges: aggravated tax fraud and assault. The confiscation happened at arrest: 64 watches, cash, firearms, electronics — all seized. Heart went genuinely dark: no public presence, living abroad under surveillance. The coded time lock matched 5,555-day staking periods where money is locked and inaccessible. The "goes dark" read from year one onward mirrors Heart's actual disappearance from the public record after the SEC filed in 2023.

### The Panel Vote: Revisited

All four viewers: thumbs down. Recorded April 27, 2021.

Dick's closing line at the time: "I just sold all my Ethereum and put it in Hex. Not."

The session data issued a clear signal. The question for this team was always whether signal and timeline would converge. On October 14, 2026, they did.

### Where the Data Converged Across All Four Sessions

- **Legal/regulatory exposure for the principal figure:** Riordan, Vendryes, both explicit. Confirmed: Finnish criminal charges, Interpol Red Notice.
- **Assets confiscated or seized:** Vendryes, six months out. Confirmed: watches, cash, firearms, electronics.
- **Illegal activity:** Vendryes, three-year window. Confirmed: aggravated tax fraud allegations spanning 2020–2024.
- **Goes dark / no longer publicly available:** Vendryes, twelve months out. Confirmed: Heart off the public record for years before the arrest.
- **Multiple identities / international movement:** Riordan, passport concept and corporate entities. Confirmed: documented aliases, multi-jurisdiction legal avoidance.
- **Shell game / not a viable long-term asset:** Allgire. Confirmed: HEX price history, SEC characterization.
- **Fear / something looming / dark situation:** Smith. Confirmed: Interpol surveillance, ultimate detention.

### What This Does Not Confirm

- The SEC case was dismissed in February 2025 on jurisdiction — not on the merits. No U.S. court ruled that Heart committed fraud. The Finnish case is criminal and active, but unproven as of this writing.
- Price recovery: Daz left open the possibility of long-term partial regain. That remains an open variable.
- Exact extradition outcome: as of October 15, 2026, no formal extradition request from Finland to Turkey had been publicly confirmed.

### Craft Notes: What the Verification Teaches

- Nyiam's six-month, twelve-month, and three-year windows produced the most actionable and now-checkable data. The staging of his timeline exercise maps closely to the actual sequence of events: price pressure, Heart going dark, then criminal proceedings.
- The convergence across independent sessions — four viewers who did not compare notes — produced consistent gestalts (fear, legal exposure, confiscation, not viable). Blind convergence on a negative outcome five years out is the signal this team measures for.
- The "goes dark" ideogram from 2021 is worth archiving in the craft record. Few sessions produce imagery that specific about the trajectory of a public figure.
