The Amber Room: This once opulent chamber adorned with panels crafted from six tons of amber, was originally designed for Frederick I of Prussia in the early 18th century. Gifted to the Russian Tsar Peter the Great, it eventually found its home in Catherine Palace near St. Petersburg. During World War Two, the Nazis dismantled the room and moved it to Königsberg castle, but it vanished after the Red Army seized the city in 1945. Despite extensive searches, it was never found.
