What Remote Viewers Saw in 2020 Is Now a Presidential Executive Order
On June 22, 2026, President Trump, joined by the CEOs of IBM and Google, signed two executive orders at the White House formally launching the QC-ADDS initiative: a national mandate to build the first quantum computer powerful enough for meaningful scientific research, to be housed at a Department of Energy facility by 2028. A companion order set post-quantum cryptography deadlines for all federal agencies by 2030–2031, acknowledging that adversaries may already be harvesting encrypted American data, waiting for the quantum capability to decrypt it.
Quantum computing stocks responded immediately. Quantinuum surged 13%, Infleqtion 12%, IBM 5% — while the broader Nasdaq dropped 2.2% on the same day.
For the general market, this reads as a technology policy story. For FFG members who have been tracking the remote viewing archive, it reads as something else.
