Some sessions do not finish when the pen stops.

In February 2013, Edward Riordan worked a target built around the Phobos 2 probe, lost beside the Mars moon Phobos after sending back a final photograph. His pages filled with an array filtering signals from space, a pulse like a heartbeat, and something being incubated, sorted, and either accepted or rejected.

Thirteen years later, web bot analyst Clif High told the Future Forecasting Group that his rebuilt Alta report data kept repeating one phrase across multiple languages: 3I/ATLAS was seeding Mars, and the MAVEN orbiter was not to be allowed to see. NASA had lost contact with MAVEN in December 2025, weeks after the orbiter imaged 3I/ATLAS, and FFG recently ran a double-blind project on the failure.

That combination sent Edward back to his own archive, because the session he had nearly forgotten reads like a description of the same process Clif's data proposes. The full walkthrough, the sketches, and the craft lessons are inside.

This session was recorded on October 29, 2026.
